Lucid Recess all set to release 'Engraved Invitation'

Lucid Recess is an Alternative Metal/Hard Rock band from Guwahati, Assam. Their 7 song EP ‘Carved’ was released in Dec 2007 and was the CD of the month in the June 2009 issue of RSJ. The song “Painstaking Obsession’ from the EP was featured in the GIR XII compilation. The EP is now available for free download at their website: www.lucidrecess.com

Lucid Recess will be releasing their new album ‘Engraved Invitation’ on 26^th April 2010. The album will have 12 songs including previously released singles ‘Can’t Help Me’ and ‘Socially Active Warrior’. For the first time, the band has also recorded a piano based song ‘Calling’ for this album. The album is recorded at Lucid Recess Studios, Guwahati and is produced by Siddharth Barooa. It is supported by Grey and Saurian and RSJ.
