TAAQADEMY, an initiative of the critically acclaimed Bangalore rock band Thermal And A Quarter (TAAQ), offers bands what they most crave -- and deserve: An accessible and affordable space to learn, jam and create music. TAAQADEMY's 300 sq ft sound-proof rehearsal studio is fully equipped and completely air-conditioned with power backup. We have one of the few facilities that can record live drums. The rehearsal pad at TAAQADEMY has been tested to satisfaction by renowned local and international music professionals.

MUSIC EDUCATION WITH A DIFFERENCE

With music schools mushrooming everywhere, learning music is no longer a challenge. But few music schools can teach their wards what it takes to play in a band. TAAQADEMY's band-focused music education goes beyond teaching students to master their instruments. At TAAQADEMY, students will learn approaches to songwriting and make music in collaborative environments. By interacting and creating together, they will hone interpersonal skills that will benefit them in life beyond music.

TAAQADEMY highlights the importance of making space for music in our lives. This summer, TAAQADEMY introduces drum and guitar lessons, as well as special packages for corporate professionals to use music as a tool to bolster team integrity and confident interpersonal interactions.
