Furtados is educating musicians this Summer !!

Its only May but its raining events at Furtados Music! We have a lot of contests, workshops, clinics, product offers etc.

Lets start with the big news! John Tempesta (Testament/White Zombie/Rob Zombie/The Clash) is going to be performing on 3rd June at the PALM Expo 2010 to launch the new Zildjian Z3 Cymbals. We have lots of prizes including signed Cymbals by John and Zildjian T-Shirts and Caps etc. So make sure you don't miss this.

Lamb of God is performing in Bangalore on 15th May and we'll be giving away 10 tickets via a contest on www.furtadosonline.com which starts on 5th May. So make sure you enter. We are also giving 2 lucky winners a chance to meet Willie Alder in person but for this prize you need to attend Demonstealer's ESP Guitar and Band Building Workshop on 14th May at Furtados in Koramangala, Bangalore.

Speaking on which Demonstealer is doing a 3 city tour conducting an ESP Guitar Workshop and a Band Building Workshop. The band building workshop is a special initiative by Furtados to help amateur bands understand the music business and find the mantra for success. Demonstealer is the frontman of the band Demonic Resurrection who recently performed in Norway at the Inferno Festival and just inked a record contract with Candlelight Records in the UK, he also runs his own record label called Demonstealer Records. This workshop aims to educate bands on how the scene works abroad and how can an Indian band succeed in India as well as the west. So make sure you attend this.
